Meeting Terms and Conditions

• The Client agrees that the consultation and professional advice will be provided via online platforms such as Zoom or email, as mutually agreed by the RCIC and the Client, on a date and time as mutually agreed by the RCIC and the Client. 

• The RCIC may offer meetings for free or for a fee, at the RCIC’s discretion.

• For paid meetings, the client shall pay the RCIC a fee based on the time spent on the consultation, at a rate displayed on the RCIC’s website at the time of booking of the consultation. For paid meetings, the client may choose to engage the RCIC for consultation for the desired number of hours, with a minimum of 30 minutes, and in increments of 30 minutes. 

• The information provided to the RCIC in all prior communications including but not limited to email, phone call, text messages, surveys, etc. on or before the consultation and during the consultation is for the purpose of obtaining a consultation and is not intended for the purpose of establishing a consultant-client relationship until the client is seeking representation and has executed a written legal services agreement entering into such a relationship with the RCIC.

• The information shared by the Client with the RCIC shall remain confidential.

• This consent shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

• Please be advised that Archana Ananthanarayan is a member in good standing of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
